Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping with Royal Mail.

Please note that the UK options include Royal Mail Standard 1st and 2nd Class delivery, taking approximate 3 to 5 working days to arrive.

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. You will need to order before 11:30am for delivery by 1pm on the next working day but we cannot make any guarantees that your package will definitely arrive by 1pm the next day. Please read more information about this service on the Royal Mail website. Orders placed at the weekend shall be processed on Monday morning.

Dispatch

I shall endeavour to post orders as soon as possible. However times from placing the order until it is dispatched may differ slightly depending on factors such as availability of supplies and volume of orders. I shall endeavour to keep wait times for customers to a minimum.

Refunds

If for any reason you wish to return your package or packages please contact me to arrange this at your earliest convenience. Please note that I cannot refund open packages at this time.
